As a major enthusiast of '40s and '50s glamour, I've always dreamt of being a pinup girl. Despite the fact that I never considered myself photogenic (to put it mildly), I decided to give it a chance when I stumbled across the Pinup Photo Party site. I am so glad that I did! Brian and Natasha put me at ease straightaway and the stylist is brilliant at recreating classic pinup hair and makeup. The shoot was so much fun, and I am so pleased with the photos and prints. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my first photoshoot!

"Pinup Photo Party was a such a fun experience! The other girls were very friendly and I was able to chat with them while waiting for my hair and makeup. And of course the stylist did an amaing job with my hair and makeup! I loved posing in front of the camera and trying different looks. Brian made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed, which helped me to stop feeling nervous and just go with it. Plus, as one of the other pinups put it, what girl doesn't like to put on makeup, get dressed up and pose for pictures?"

"The Pinup Photo Party was a great time. There were snacks and friendly conversation to keep me occupied while I waited, and the magical things done to my hair were truly amazing. Brian is very friendly and puts you right at ease. He strikes just the right balance of letting you be creative with your poses and concepts, and making suggestions. The pictures are just beautiful, unlike any other pictures of me, and I'm so happy with them."

"I'm definitely not a girlie girl and when I saw how my photos turned out I was pretty shocked at the great results! The stylist definitely knows her stuff when it comes to hair and makeup! I felt very comfortable with her and trusted her expertise. She has a great flare for period styles and whipped my hair up in no time. I mean I looked gooooood. When it came to the shoot, I'm not gonna lie, I was a bit nervous because I had left all my pinup inspiration at home. I tried to explain to Brian, as best I could, what I was after and without skipping a beat he was up prepping lights and getting his camera ready; this made me feel confident that he knew what he was doing. Brian was great because I felt like he understood what I was going for. We also incorporated some of my pilates poses, which in the end mimicked original pinup poses. That was pretty cool! The man made me look good! I was happy! I showed my roommate the photos from the shoot a few weeks later. Her immediate response was 'I wanna be a pinup girl!'"

"Pinup Photo Party is definitely a fun time. The stylist really knew what she was doing and completely transformed my look. I loved it, and it was also exciting to see how the other girls' looks were transformed as well! The shoot itself was comfortable and relaxed and BCJ is awesome to work with. All-around it was a great experience, and I recommend it to anyone as a gift to yourself or to someone else!"
